Refund policy

Return of goods If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days to contact Care by Nature with your complaint or wish to return your item(s). And another 14 to return your item(s). The return policy starts from the day you receive your item.

The return policy is waived if your item has been opened with a broken seal, if your item is damaged, used or otherwise diminished in value when we receive it and you cannot provide documentation of this condition upon receipt of the item.

You are responsible for paying postage. However, we will of course refund your full amount for the products we stock if everything is as it should be. This is done via a refund to the account that made the payment. Postage is not considered a product we stock.
