We have created ours epsom salt for foot baths and tubs, because we ourselves sometimes need a breather in a stressful everyday life.

We have experienced the feeling of dipping tired feet in warm water and epsom salt after a long day and then feeling completely recharged afterwards. And we hope to pass on the luxurious and relaxing experience of pure well-being in body and soul to you.

* ATTENTION - Must be stored completely dry and at room temperature. We recommend that the epsom salt is poured into an airtight container, as the salt absorbs moisture from the air.

Epsom salt is also called magnesium sulfate and contains the mineral magnesium, which is a vital mineral in our bodies.

Epsom salt is not salt in the ordinary sense, and should not be consumed, but instead used as a magnesium supplement for tub and foot baths.

Magnesium helps over 300 different body functions, including metabolism, blood pressure, heart rhythm and nerve and muscle functions. Magnesium can be taken as a dietary supplement; however, with the caveat that the digestive system can inhibit absorption - and this can irritate the stomach for some people.

On the other hand, several studies show that you can increase the absorption of magnesium by absorbing it through the skin. This is done most easily by dissolving epsom salt in warm water in a tub or foot bath. It provides both a much-needed break for self-pampering and peace in everyday life, and at the same time you do something good for the body by giving it a boost of magnesium.

Studies have shown that magnesium baths can have a positive effect on:

Muscle and joint pain
Leg cramps
Restless legs
Stress
Anxiety
Difficulty sleeping
Migraines and headaches
PMS and menstrual cramps
Skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis

Add 1 dl of bath salt per bath or 1/2 dl. for foot bath. Touch if necessary. around until the salt is completely dissolved and then enjoy a quiet moment with your feet or body in the water.

We recommend sitting in the water for a minimum of 20 minutes. Because it takes approx. 15-20 minutes before your body has absorbed magnesium from the bath water.

*NOTE - Must be stored completely dry and at room temperature. We recommend pouring the Epsom salt into an airtight container. The salt absorbs moisture from the air.

We pack our epsom salt ourselves by hand in our small warehouse. So you can be absolutely sure that each and every paper bag has been weighed, closed and sent to you with a sprinkling of love and good thoughts.

Care by Nature was founded with a mindset called less is more. Therefore, both our products and packaging are made as simple as possible, so that we can develop the gentlest products for you and the planet.
